Initial deposit is collected upon booking (less sales tax). Final balance will be due 14 days prior to arrival and is due prior to checking in. Deposit is 100% refundable up to 28 days prior to check-in. Deposit is non-refundable between 28 and 14 days prior to your arrival.
All deposits and final balance payments are non-refundable
under 14 days prior to arrival.
Check-In info is not shared until the final and full balance for your stay has been paid.
When booking the entire facility (all 6 units) cancellation policy is 90 days out for
a full refund on initial deposit. Any cancellations inside of 60 days forfeits entire amount for the reservations.
